AV Request Form
Please submit a request for AV services using SharePoint. There are two forms to choose from: one for classroom support and one for event support. When possible, requests must be submitted at least 2 weeks before the start of the special event (you can then edit it as needed).
With SharePoint, you can view your request history and make changes. If you need to edit your request, please click on your event and click "Edit Item" from the top menu.
- PC users are encouraged to use Internet Explorer.
- Mac users are encouraged to use Safari.
- You will be prompted to log in. Please include "gulaw\" before your NetID (see below).
- You are encouraged to set up an email alert to monitor the status of your requests. Be sure to select the "Someone else changes an event created by me" option (see below).
